In July 2025 Galileo launched its Agent Reliability Platform, a single product for the three things that break when AI agents leave the demo and hit production: seeing what a multi-agent system actually did, finding out why it failed, and stopping the failure before a user sees it. Free Agent Media produced the launch film. Co-founder and CEO Vikram Chatterji carries it to camera in under three minutes, and the platform's three engines are shown as they work rather than described.
The film moves through the announcement in the order Galileo built it. The Graph Engine replaces the trace view with an orchestration-agnostic map of every path an agent took, shown running against OpenAI, AWS, and LangChain stacks. The Insights Engine sits on top of the logs, metrics, and agent code and names the failure mode itself, with the fix suggested and, where possible, applied. Luna-2, a new family of small language models, powers guardrails at millisecond latency; the film puts Luna-2 next to GPT-4o on cost, accuracy, and latency, and closes on the enterprise logos already running it.
Three months later Galileo shipped four agentic metrics, Agent Flow, Agent Efficiency, Conversation Quality, and Intent Change, and Free Agent Media produced the sixty-second product film for the release. There is no narration. A fintech support chat runs on a phone screen while each metric is introduced beside it, a guardrail fires on an agent that leaves its allowed path, and the film ends on the metrics still to come. It is built to be watched with the sound off in a feed.
Both films were published on Galileo's own YouTube channel, the first on July 16, 2025 and the second on October 23, 2025, the same day as the metrics blog post. In April 2026 Cisco announced its intent to acquire Galileo, and Galileo's mark now reads "now part of Cisco." These films predate that announcement.
